Sorry about that! Been really busy yesterday.
But today I have a notd for you. Essie's "Tart Deco" is an old favorite of mine. It's a creamy coral with strong orange and pink tones.
Even though this polish is nowhere near being a neon, it's intensity in color makes it difficult to capture accurately. I couldn't capture any of its pink tones. So imagine the color with more pink. Or, just go to your local drugstore and pick it up (Tart Deco is in the permanent line).
The formula of this polish is slightly streaky. 3 thin coats is needed for opacity.
